Crayons & Notepad Organizer

This past week I have been planning my son's first birthday party. Seriously where does the time go?!

Wasn't it just yesterday this picture was taken?

And now you look at you.  One week shy of your first birthday.

And that means your first birthday party!

With party means party planning.

So now you know this mama has been busy doing.

I was debating on what to make for the goody bags for his friends.

So gathered some fabric I had around the house and pulled out the sewing machine.  I have seen these crayon and notepad organizers before and thought what a great idea.  Especially to keep in your purse for the boredom emergencies that come.  Maybe I should name this boredom emergency.

I will make a tutorial for this on the next one I make, so stay tuned. I plan on making this for the goody bags except instead of a robot, it will be elephant.  Have to keep with the theme, silly mommy.

Any suggestions on what to put in a goody bag for a 1 year old?
