When I saw this on Something Turquoise, I had to make these as soon as possible. Instead of using the Martha Stewart Glitter Paint, I used Mod Podge and Martha Stewart glitter.
Excuse the terrible pictures, I used my iPhone. I'm ordering a new camera this weekend.
After applying the glitter, I let it dry alittle. I then added some Mod Podge to seal the glitter. Are these not perfect for the holidays coming up?!

UPDATE:
I have had some emails about how they wash, so I thought I would do an update. I have used them quite often and they seem to hold up fine. I only hand wash them. I thought I would update you with some pictures.

I can think of a million times these would make a great gift...NY Eve party host present, housewarming gift, engagement gift. They are so pretty! Thanks for linking them up to Latest and Greatest Friday!
These are fabulous! Obviously they'd have to be hand washed; how does the glitter and Mod Podge hold up to washing?
These are so creative, love glitter, Kathi
Love them!! Perfect and fun way to add some sparkle! New follower visiting via Show and Tell Friday!
They look amazing! what a great idea thanks for sharing.
They look amazing! what a great idea thanks for sharing.
these are gorgeous! im going to do them for a present for a friend. did you cure them in the oven or let them sit for a number of days before you used them? or was the mod podge enough to seal it on for use?
Did you have any problem with sparkles coming off when putting ice and cold drink in your cup?
I love wine but these make drinking wine THAT much more fun!!! You should totally enter these glasses into Craftbaby's DIY GlitterMANIA Challenge! :) http://www.craftbaby.com/contests/28/diy-glitter-mania
Love the idea here! What Modge Podge did you use....just the regular stuff or did you use a different one, like outdoor? I'd like to make some for my sis-in-law, but I'll have to order Modge Podge online from the states, as I've never seen it in the UK.
Help! Thanks!
Has anyone tried that with the Mod Podge Glitter??
I'm going to try this with champagne glasses! We aren't big on wine, but we do celebrate with champagne and sparkling cider!
I completely agree with your article. It’s possible to know about it and it will snow me good ways of this topic. This is very nice post! I will bookmark this blog.
